Registration for current student pharmacists

Please access the appropriate link below to register for the conference and submit your payment online via credit card (Visa and Master Card only) or personal Paypal account.

The registration fee is set at $40 per participant and includes any processing fees incurred by the convenience of your online payment.
The registration deadline is Saturday, June 11, 2011, by 11:55PM.

To guarantee equal representation among all the universities invited to our upcoming conference, we have limited each school to 15 attendees at this time. If the tickets specific to your institution are sold out, please add your name to our waitlist and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

A first-come first-serve policy will be adopted for both registration & waitlisting purposes. Attendance will be capped at 80 guests due to the size restrictions of our conference rooms at the Holiday Inn Hotel.

Registration for incoming and pre-pharmacy students

Even though priority will be given to current students who have completed at least one term at their respective schools of pharmacy, we encourage any incoming students and/or pre-pharmacy students to attend this conference and educate themselves about Managed Care Pharmacy.
